How long will it take to process my order?
Once we receive your order we work extremely hard to get it out to you as soon as possible. Typically, your order is processed and shipped the same business day, but it may take 1-2 days to ship, depending on how busy we are.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- USPS First Class: 2-5 days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 days
- USPS Priority Express: 1-2 days
- Orders qualifying for FREE SHIPPING: 1-5 days
Please note that shipping time does not include weekends or holidays.
Can I check my order status?
Yes. Once the order has shipped you will receive an email with order information and tracking. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
What is your return and exchanges policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full product refund. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Customer is responsible for return postage cost. Shipping is non-refundable.
There are no exchanges or refunds on any sale items or items purchased using a discount code. These are final sales. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.
We are responsible only for the cost of shipping on returns and exchanges for incorrect shipping. If USPS or UPS claims your package was delivered and you didn’t receive it, we ask that you cover the cost of re-shipping the replacement.

We do not offer exchanges.
Am I responsible for import taxes, custom fees for my international order? What about delays or if my order is lost?
You are responsible for all import taxes or other customs related fees your country requires. Once we have shipped an order internationally it is out of our control. Also note that we cannot guarantee any sort of arrival time for international shipments, as these can vary from 1 week to 2 months. Mincing Mockingbird is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once the order leaves the US. There are no refunds if your package is lost or damaged.
